Dubai is a very lovely country and accommodating, open to all nationals of the world, and very peaceful. At the same time, they can be very mean. Mean? Yes, mean. Let me quickly explain myself. You will see the mean part of the Dubai Authority when you stay more than your visa period. Once apprehended, one will be jail and eventually be deported. It will be difficult for you to secure entry into Dubai in the future after deportation. We always advise that you don’t overstay your visa. There is a provision to extended your visa at any point. All you need to do is to notify us ahead of time.
Once you have your visa, also look out for the validity period on your visa. What this means is that you must be in Dubai on or before the date on your visa. Immigration will stamp you inappropriately at the point of entry.
