What you need to know about Kenya Visa
There has been a major change in Kenya’s visa application beginning from the 1st of January 2021. Kenya visa applications have gone through different processes in Nigeria.
At a point, you need need to go to the Kenyan embassy in Abuja to submit your visa application with some documents. This was abolished a few years ago due to some reasons best known to them.
Then came a regime of e-visa and visa on arrival. Launched in 2015, you can either apply for your visa online before embarking on a journey to Kenya or you can get your visa on arrival at the immigration office at the airport.

E-VISA REGIME FOR KENYA VISA

- A valid travel document not less than 6months
- At least one blank page in the holder’s passport
- A return ticket
Kindly note that a trip to Eastern African will require a vaccination card. Please get your yellow card before you proceed on a trip to Kenya.
Other requirements will depend on the type of visit you are making to Kenya. A business trip will require a letter of invitation from the host company copies of company registration documents.
For a family visit, you will require a letter of invitation from the family invitation you. Also, you will require any of the following; Identity card / Passport / Alien card / Entry permit of the host.
A tourist will need to present a copy of the hotel reservation and Travel itinerary (Details about places to visit if going as a tourist).

To apply for Kenya you will need the following;
